   When we arrived, the staff could not find the reservation. Very disorganized front desk...when they found the reservation, they said it would be 15 minutes. My grandson said to me, when you make a reservation, why should we wait. Well, the 15 minutes turned into 30. When I asked about our reservation, the hostess said our party was next. When we were finally called to our table, our waitress took our orders in an appropriate amount of time. However, after 30 minutes, I asked her about our orders. She was very rude stating that there were others waiting ahead of us. Shortly thereafter, our food arrived. Although the plates were hot, the food was not. Our orders were apparently sitting on the heating tray. The lobster was completely overcooked as well as the flounder that I ordered. The waitstaff was disorganized for a busy Friday night.

   The new Lobster topped Stuffed Flounder was excellent. It is my new favorite on the menu.

   The crab legs were old, dry and only half full. This was a real disappointment and a waste of hard earned money!

   Don't order the caesar salad. It's terrible! Also didn't get credit for my open table reservation even after I told the hostess I made the reservation on open table. Slow oh hum service.....which isn't always the case depending on the server....as I have been there several times before. It's hit or miss. One thing that is constant is the terrible caesar salad!

   The hostess seemed like she didn’t really want to be bothered... however, after we were seated, our experience was a lot better. Claudia was fantastic and was perfectly attentive. She went above and beyond, without constantly hovering. Couldn’t have asked for a better waitress. Food was pretty decent, although my margarita was a little weak. Altogether it was a good experience though.
