   Food has gone downhill. They now put some cheap coating on Walt’s shrimp. It was awful!

   The people working there could help clear tables so customers can be seated sooner. I have been at other restaurants where “everyone” helps out when very busy. This day there were some that could have helped by clearing tables. In fact several told one of the two persons working check in stand they could help so seating wasn’t stacking up but instead chose to just walk around and keep saying when tables are cleared then they will seat us.

   We are frequent customers and Jorge is our server and he is excellent! Very attentive and personable and knows our drink orders by memory.

   We waited for 20 minutes after our scheduled reservation. Our waitress was slow and did not know much about the menu. We had to wave her down anytime we needed anything., Other waitresses were returning and checking on their patrons all the time. I had a Maine and Rock lobster, brocolli and rice. All of it was cold, including the butter. The taste was not much better.

   Lyndsay our sever was delightful attentive and help download an open table gift card. The fish and chips slaw was quite good! Enjoyed our lunch!

   The whole experience was wonderful. As customers, we liked being spread out in the dining room. The staffing was great for good service. My mother was absolutely delighted with the experience and the taste of the food.

    My daughter’s crab legs came out cold, my boyfriend wasn’t crazy about his meal and some of my meal wasn’t great either. We have eaten at this location before and never had any issues so maybe it was an off night. Service was good.
