The food was good. Service was great. Every time our waiter brought us something else, our 1 year old cheered. It was a good experience.

Red Lobster has really gone down hill. For the high prices you pay, you basically get cafeteria food. My crab Alfredo was extremely oily and under seasoned. Also, it took an hour and a half to get our food. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the biscuits were delicious.

Red Lobster in Fort Collins did a great job and the waitress was excellent. The only thing that is a problem is that the restaurant only has crab cracker tools that are not suited to Lobster. They need to learn to crack the hard shell claws like they do in the NE so that one can easily get to the meat.

Service is basic. Food is a good value. They served us crab legs and whole lobster but had run out of those tools to open up the claws, etc. We managed to get full enough without them.
