Had fish and chips, coconut shrimp and flounder All the food was very well prepared and tasty. Haven't been to Red Lobster in years and will go back

We went to Red Lobster Saturday night I am a Rewards member so we pray we sat or 10 minutes before everybody anybody ever came to the table then we ordered I had a coupon for a free appetizer we ordered that she took our food order and our salads and everything came out at one time I don't like that and then the couple next to us kept ordering food and food and food the shrimp and taking boxes and boxes of at home she was constantly at their table and just like she ignored us and the service was just terrible you're running that special it's going to put you guys out of business I'm about ready to say forget Red Lobster and we've been going there at least twice a month

We didn't stay, the bathroom was nasty and smelled horrible. I mentioned to the waitress but then we realized the entire restaurant smelled sour. We left immediately

The wait list is a mess! They use open table and a waitlist option. The hostess had no idea what she was doing. They were using too many reservation platforms so the wait times are not accurate. The open table reservations reservations not honored.
