    We stopped eating at Red Lobster for a while because it got to be very expensive and the quality of the food declined. We decided to try it again and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food we received and the price tag for the meal. My wife and I agreed that we would start eating at Red Lobster more frequently. I had the Basil Mahi and my wife had the coconut shrimp. Both were very good and reasonably priced. Our server, Jenn, did a great job.

     we had a 730 reservation and we sat down at about 930 absolutely terrible unacceptable

    Booked for Valentines Day. When I arrived I was informed they didn’t take reservations and could go to the end of the line that was out the door. I was told this by a customer, not an employee. Called them from outside and they confirmed they didn’t take reservations. So I went elsewhere. The business should not be on the Open Table app.

    Reservation? Yes, we see you have a reservation but please stand it that long line of people without reservations and we will seat you as you arrived. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE! Defeated the entire purpose of having a reservation. Easy to see why this chain is going out of business.

    Even if you have a reservation you will stand in line at the front for over 30 minutes. They are terrible at managing their incoming traffic.

    Good was great. We both ordered from the lunch menu but the food was served at separate times. I had the soup and salad. Soup was served first, then the salad a couple of minutes later. My friend's meal came after mine. I think they need to understand we were trying to eat together, not at separate times. It never occurred to me to tell them that

    We had a Wonderful time and our waiter was wonderful. He was right there when we needed anything. I dont remember his name. But he deserves praise and raise. He has great social skills. The hostess was very nice but she asked if any special occasion? When I booked a reservation, I put it in notes that it 2 birthday celebration but maybe open table didn't get it to the restaurant. Thabk you for making a memorable birthday!

    It was very nice! The new menu was awesome. My husband's steak and Lobster was cooked to perfection. My pasta was great! We got the cheesecake for desert and that was also very good! The price for our dinners and tip came to 118, but it was worth it.
