Made a reservation for 7:15 pm, checked in, they told me 30-45 minute wait. Just left and will never go back! Horrible customer service.

First and most importantly, booking a “priority seating time” on Open Table for Red Lobster does nothing to get you seated faster than a walk in. At least that’s what two different hosts at the restaurant told me. We walked in 5 minutes early from our selected time and were told it would be a 30 min wait. Then after 40 minutes we were told it would be about another 30. So over an hour waiting in total. The food was slow to come out. My daughters order was imputed incorrectly and did it arrive until after everyone else had eaten. Overall not a good experience in food or service.

I love me some popcorn shrimp and baked potato whenever we are in Odessa. Miss having one in Midland.

All in all, 'OK'. Nothing special but the food was hot and the drinks were cold. For an easy meal for not much money, it's fine.

Having a reservation and having to wait 25 minutes to be seated was my only issues. Our waitress was awesome, believe we've had here before. Food on the point. Overall great

We don't normally go outside our comfort zone. Don't get me wrong I don't mind driving a great distance for virtually no reason. Service was great, food was great. I will definitely be back.

Reserved my spot to be put on the waiting list, showed up to the restaurant and they told me they were barely going to put my name on the waiting list, I told the waitress that I was already in line on the list since I did use open table, she told me it didn't matter. 😭 wait was not long since restaurant was not full, our order still took 50 min. And they forgot our sides so we had to remind our server. We requested a happy birthday dessert for my daughter and they also forgot, they just brought me the check.
