   Our server was very cordial and polite. He came around to to see us amble times. Our main course took longer to serve than we like. However, overall the service was very good.

   Really, no reservation was of no use, the Red Lobster staff did not state that when there are people waiting at the door, reservations are not useful, so you have to wait and we had to wait around 25 minutes for tables to be assigned to us. Then almost 40 minutes to be served was a disaster.

   The food was excellent but the service was very slow. We arrived at around 6:30 and didn’t get our food at the table until 8:00. The manager was very apologetic and did give us a 10% discount because there was a “miscommunication in the kitchen”. We were glad they acknowledged the issue and made attempts to remedy it. Also, don’t allow the photographer to take your picture. He doesn’t know when to stop and it was annoying.

   The food was really good. Our server seemed like she was either new or just distracted but when she gave us our check she told us she was heading home so if we could cash out quickly. It was Father’s Day so we were in no rush but she definitely will and it wasn’t that busy. Maybe an off day for her. We will definitely be back but definitely not with this server. She needs more training for sure. But the other servers were on top of their tables I saw everyone’s server but ours. And when she did show up she was so distracted it was terrible. But the food was great. There was a runner (I believe that’s what she was) going around checking on ppl she was a sweetheart! Definitely seemed to enjoy her job and ppl. Hostess was overwhelmed. But anyways the food was great, service was terrible, atmosphere was great.

   Dinner here was everything we hoped it would be! Our server was perky & attentive. She made sure our drinks were refilled. The salad & biscuits were delish. Our shrimp, fish & scallops were perfectly prepared & served hot. It could not have gone better!

   It was an excellent meal, and the service was wonderful. I had my 98 year old mother and 103 year old aunt. Mom was treating me and my husband on my 70th birthday. Red Lobster was the perfect choice.

    La comida muy fría. A las mesas no las recogen. Habían muchas mesas llenas de platos y comida sin recoger. En fin por el precio la comida es muy mala.
