    The waitress was either very forgetful or overloaded. The restaurant was more than half empty. Orders were wrong or forgotten completely

    One person ordered shrimp that was to be refill, waitress never came back to ask, had to go find her then 20 min later one item came... awful timing. Waited another 10 min for 2nd item. Then payment system took 20 min and Mgr help.

    We waited for more than 20 mins even we have booked table online. Food come slow, and our order was forgetten

    For a Father’s Day evening, 1 hour wait after checking in by way of OpenTable, seemed long, but the establishment was at capacity. The server went out of his way to make the experience as well executed as the situation allowed. Our food was prepared quickly and was prepared just as we ordered. The 4 of us enjoyed Lobster Tails, multiple kinds of Shrimp, and crab legs, Cheddar Bay Biscuits, and drinks. We left happy.

    Took my mother to Red Lobster for an early Mother's Day dinner to avoid long waits and crowds on the weekend. Our food was delicious, a little more pricey than I expected. Being charged a-l-carte fees for sides when already purchasing high dollar entrees was a surprise at the end. Then asked for a small 2-3 ounce side of sauce for my daughter to be able to warm-up her leftover pasta without it being dry, was yet another charge.

    The food and service were amazing. I haven't been to Red Lobster for at least 20 years. My stuffed flounder was easily as delicious as anything I've had a Pappadeaux's the service was so pleasant and we didn't have to wait at all. We will be back!

    Too much time wasted waiting for a table that was clearly open to our view the whole time we sat there waiting - excuse "we are busy tonite" duh! it's the Sat before Valentine's day - make the proper arrangements for an expected windfall of customers

    The waitress was great and very attentive. My grilled trout however was overcooked. I will stick to the fried menu items if I ever return in the future
