   We made reservations hours in advance, but when we arrived we still had to wait over an hour to get seated. The hostess was very rude and seated people who had come in 45 minutes after their reservation time before us. She told us we would just have to wait. No One seemed to know what they were doing. This is not the first time that this has happened, but we figured we’d give them another chance. We won’t be going back. Unless you want to spend 3 hours for dinner, Don’t go !!!

   We waited for over 1hr to be sat, despite having a reservation, and then another hour waiting on food. This restaurant used to be nice, but now it’s a dump. They are apparently understaffed and the ones that are working are high. I do not recommend whatsoever and we will likely not be going back.

   I even called early too make sure they had my table reserved and they said yea I got there at 745 they said hour wait what’s point make reservation if you can stand on it and was 10-20 more reservations ppl was mad waiting I will never come there agin ruined my valintines had get fast food

   Showed up at 7 for my reservation at 7 waited in line till 720 to check in for my reservation where I was told it would still be another 25-35 minutes.

   This was my final trip to Red Lobster. Had a 7:00 reservation, were not seated 8:00, at 9:45 our server didn't know when the food would arrive. So we left! We were not the only ones who walked out. Worst run restaurant in the area! Our server was very sweet, but there was nothing that she could do.

   The service was extremely slow. We had a 12:30 reservation and waited about 5 minutes for the host to arrive to seat us. The server was just as slow but friendly. The food took about 45 minutes to come out and it was bad. They cooked a medium steak extra well done. The manager brought out another one and it was well done. They cooked another. It came out medium but was a flavorless piece of meat. The fish was without a doubt frozen and shrunken. The manager took one meal off. We won’t go back. Not a good experience. Prices are ridiculous for the quality.

    Service was great but the call ahead seating didn’t feel like it gave us any advantage. Still had to wait 40 min to be seated. Have not experienced that anywhere else we’ve done call ahead. That said. The food and service were great. Enjoyable evening.
