    Even though we had reservations we were placed on the "wait list" and given the same wait time as walk in. Why bother with reservations? Would nice if they could inform you that they are running behind more than half hour.

    FIVE STARS for the Red Lobster in Springfield!! We placed a Priority Seating request via OpenTable, and was seated right away! We were there to celebrate my upcoming birthday, and our server, Deborah (Debbie) C., was absolutely Wonderful, providing Excellent and Attentive service!! In fact, Debbie has been with Red Lobster for 27 years!! Thank you, Debbie!! Our meals were Delicious (Salmon New Orleans and Bar Harbour Lobster Bake), our cocktails were Perfect (Thanks to Bartender Sam!), and our dessert - cheesecake and key lime pie- were the Perfect way to end this Fantastic meal!!
