We had great service! Ended up at the bar even though all the tables were not occupied. Overall, a very satisfying experience.

The service was awful. Waitress only came back once after food was delivered and our glasses had been empty for 15+ minutes. And the garlic butter snow crab legs were awful.

My experience with Red Lobster is up & down, and this time was definitely all the way UP! Excellent food! I did my research and suggested the new dual lobster tail for the dining partner & it was a hit! And we had plenty of side dishes left to make another meal. Also, excellent & attentive service!

A leisurely get together for lunch with my grandchildren was enjoyable for all of us. The food was fresh and tasty, and our waitress Monica was excellent.

We asked for a table change which was accommodated promptly. Our waitress, Tegan, was very attentive. The food came quickly and was good.

Pretty good. Love Red Lobster. Service could have been better…..had a new girl who struggled a bit. Appreciate the pay system they that requires little/no interaction with staff.

We actually had the pleasure of being waited on by one of the managers Jose. The service was fantastic and the food was great. We enjoyed a great meal on a lovely evening on the patio.
