We were immediately seated as soon as we walked in and explained the specials. Our waiter, Jey, was amazing. He was very attentive and really sweet with an upbeat attitude the entire time. Will definitely be coming back!

We were seated within 15 minutes. The waitress greeted us 20 minutes 20 minutes 20 minutes later! Yes I said it 3 times!! Unbelievable 20 minutes. The steaks we ordered were NOT cooked as requested. We had to return our food for additional cooking. My son did not return his steak he took it home to cook later. Just a disappointing experience the day before Thanksgiving. I am thankful I did not have to work the day before Thanksgiving. If I did have to work I would’ve been grateful to have customers to serve.

I have various dietary restrictions. Manager Jarrell and server Alison went above and beyond to ensure my food was prepared accordingly. I had the Atlantic salmon oven broiled separately, to avoid contact with the soybean/canola oil. They prepared a serving of steamed broccoli for me, avoiding the butter seasoning. After this experience, I highly recommend the Red Lobster Victorville location.

We were scheduled for 8pm, were not seated until 848om. Many people came in after us and put their names in at that time, but were seated before us. Hosts seemed lost at their job.

I was happy overall but the booth and it's table had a bit of dust and residue that wasn't entirely cleaned upon my arrival. Also, it seemed like the dessert choices available at the end of the meal had been cut back.
