   Been here multiple times and 80% of the time, the front of the house does not acknowledge your priority seating reservation in the system which resulted in open table informing you that you are a no show. I have requested each and every time if they can log in my reservation but it’s either they just don’t want to the extra work or just not trained to do so. Aside from above, the service once you get seated is prompt and attentive. 5 out of 5 stars. Front of the house staff. 1 out of 5 stars.

   Busy time past 1 pm. Been there frequently but service slower than usual this time. Usual Favorite shrimp skewer was served overcook and lukewarm and was disappointing. Shrimp scampi, coconut shrimp, dragon shrimp served hot and it was satisfying experience. Too bad they have no shrimp Rangoon.

   We were sat in a section, with no server....and had to say something to finally get a server after 7 minutes of just sitting there. Once we had a server, things were fine. My party ordered all you can eat shrimp....had seconds and were full. They liked their choice. I had the steak...could of been a little more pink, but tasted good.

   Christine, our server was very energetic and attentive. My grilled trout was very good and the broccoli was outstanding as it wasn't mushy and not crunchy, but cooked to perfection, imho. I don't like mushy or crunchy, but my broccoli rasted like gourmet, which was simply outstanding, and my mashed potatoes were very good, but slightly cold and my wave cake was very good and if it was served slightly warm with with hot fudge sauce, it'd probably be awesome, I'd think. my meal was very good with matching service.

   Great food, you can't go wrong however restaurant is very obsolete and doesn't look inviting when you come in. Quiet and mostly empty.

   Food was delicious. McKenzie was very accommodating with requests. Pleasing personality. Only issue was that I got an email from open table that I was a no show even though I honored my reservation. So there might be an error from the restaurant failing to inform the reservation system that I did attend. This was the second time it happened. So I wasn’t surprised.
