Luis was the person whom made our evening a delight. Attentive and polite. Food was served hot and was of good quality.

Great food as always. It was a moderate crowd but several families with noisy kids. Service seemed a little off the mark this visit. No silverware at table, biscuits not offered and had to request right before meal came.

Overall okay. The restaurant bathroom was dirty. We had to wait until tables were clean. Even when preparing to sit, we asked the hostess to sweep under the table because she wipe the contents on the table on the floor and left it. The food was okay. Not exciting to the taste or appearance. The waitress did a good job.

Waiter had too many tables and our table of seven received horrible service. I understand staffing shorages right now but poor service at your high prices is ridiculous. My table should not have received our alcohol beverages when the entree arrived after asking three times when we would be getting them. Water service was nonexistent unless we asked multiple times. Entrees came out from kitchen wrong and when the server brought out replacements to correct the errors they were still wrong. Needless to say, we wont be back to this Red Lobster.
