   We have been going to Redfire for years for their steaks alone. However, tonight will be our last night. The waitress Brittany, was extremely inattentive and lacked follow up. We asked for bread for the table and after not seeing her for 15 mins, we asked another waitress whom advised that they’d run out 2 hours ago! When Brittany finally reappeared, we let her know that we’d been made aware that they were out of bread, and she was just as surprised as us. Amongst the subpar service provided by the waitress the manager, Cindy, asked all other tables ”how everything was going” EXCEPT OUR TABLE. After recently bing the bill, (over $200 no less) we see that we were charged $7 for water. This is something that a waiter should give you a heads up about. We never do this, but we asked to speak to the manager. We provided Cindy (the manager) with feedback for the waitress and also for her. We let her know how disappointed we were that she asked the nearby tables about their experience but not ours. She immediately lied to my face and said that she DID come by and ask us. When I asked “really, what was our response?” She began to stammer and said “ well you guys were chewing and everything was fine!” I repeated that she didn’t come by to ask us about how we were because we would have gladly told her, respectfully. I will be following up with corporate as this lack of service is abhorrent and unacceptable.

   Excellent experience. Noise level high. Couldn’t really have a conversation. Music needs to come down quite a bit. Thank you

   Great food and service, as always. The place eventually did fill up, but it was weird being put at the table directly next to the only other table in the restaurant with people sitting at it at the time of our early dinner reservation

   Appetizers were very good, we shared brussel sprouts and deviled eggs between 4 of us, portions were large. Two of us got the 8 ounce filet, it was cooked fine but the quality of meat wasn't as good as previous meals we've had. We still like the place, has great atmosphere and we will be back.

   I enjoyed this restaurant more at dinner time than lunch as the atmosphere is much livelier in the evening. I had the blackened salmon salad and the mushroom soup, and both were delicious. My friend had the steak salad, and it looked as though the salad consisted of only lettuce. It would have been nice to have bread with the soup. The service was timely.

   Service from the wait staff was excellent and the food was just as good. It's also nice to see a restaurant manager that actually keeps an eye on things and actually helps out instead of sitting in the office. Will definitely be going back.

    We come in fairly regularly so this was a big disappointment. We waited 20 minutes for our initial drink, our appetizer had come out even before it. They were not cold at all so we were assuming they were sitting at the bar. Another 20 minutes waiting only to be told the bottle of wine we ordered was unavailable We did ask to space out our courses and were told that it would take 15 to 20 minutes once we put our dinner order in. Then waited an hour for our food. Steaks extremely greasy and gristly, and there was not much of them that was edible to eat. The side dish came out cold and we were eating finished eating what we were going to eat before it came back out. We voiced all of this to the server who said she would “pass it on” The most disappointing thing was that no point did anyone come over apologize for our experience.
