   Blake was extremely knowledgeable and suggested a few items. We were a party of 4, and each had a different entree. Cashew salmon, chicken gnocchi, tuna, and pork chop. Every entree looked fantastic and tasted even better.

   Food was unbelievable. Adult beverages were very tasty. Highly recommend the s’mores martini. Dessert was outstanding. Crème brûlée was out of this world. Service was impeccable and we were party of eight. If I could give a higher rating, I would give ten.

   Wanted it to be better than it was as we were really excited to be outside and on the beach, however disappointed in our overall experience. Definitely has potential to be good just isn’t. Menu was odd for a beachfront restaurant. Food mediocre. Allowed dogs (barked some of our time). Staff was fine. Nothing special about the experience and would not go back.

   We checked the menu online and were disappointed that the menu had changed and was more limited. We had to adjust our selections. The food was fine but not at the level of pricing. Far too expensive. There were also elements that did not speak of fine dining. The chairs are very low so some of the view is wasted. In the standard table setting you were given a butter knife instead of a dinner knife with serration. Things like the wine list and menu tablets came with fingerprints on them. Refinery has some miles to go before you can categorize it as fine dining.

   Maggie, so sorry to hear about your experience with us! Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us, it will help us a lot to improve. We did just change our menu and because of the storm did not roll it as planned. However, we can assure you that our pricing is in line with the quality of ingredients we use, and we prepare everything in house. We do offer numerous casual inexpensive items at our downstairs bar, lounge and outdoor seating. Thank you again for your valuable insights, and we hope you’ll consider visiting us again in the future.

   They corrected everything and were very nice but major issues with execution, freshness and flavor. (Undercooked rice, over salted, menu descriptions didn’t match actual dish) just not on par with a fine dining experience we expected.

   Very nice Friday evening dinner on Jax Beach. Had a reservation and was seated promptly upon arrival. Waiter was quick to greet, welcome us, take drink orders, and suggest options. Had the Wild Mushroom Bruschetta appetizer which was amazing. Entrees of Short Rib for myself, my wife the Surf and Turf. Both were cooked perfectly, with great taste. Desert of Key Lime cake was an excellent end to a wonderful evening. Highly recommended.

    Hostess was rude and made us feel unwelcome, as if we were an imposition for having a reservation close to closing time. Food was mediocre, and pasta was way overspiced though we asked for no cayenne.
