Food was OK, although the waiter's opening description of 'Asian / Spanish / Italian / Brazilian fusion' was somewhat ominous. The waiter's description of the 'chef's selection' menu involved him holding a menu (which we were also all holding), and simply reading the menu out to us. (Dude! We can read!) Minimal vegetarian / vegan options, so go elsewhere if this is important for you. Seemingly no dedicated waiter(s) for the table, and service was patchy at best. We had to constantly proactively ask for water, to order drinks etc. They'd fill the water glass of the person who'd asked for water, then no-one else's. One diner would ask for a specific glass of wine, and a different wine would be brought. Several drinks orders were forgotten all together, and had to be requested repeatedly. Highlight was the great central venue and interior space. Conflicting music with a jazz band in the bar downstairs, plus piped music in the ground floor restaurant made for a somewhat chaotic audio atmosphere.

Regale was a great fusion experience. The Larb Tartare betal leaf bite was just excellent. We were also impressed with the black garlic rice, multiple sauces, curated wine list, and attentive staff.

I absolutely loved the ambience! Subtly posh and quietly romantic. The jazz band serenading us from the bar downstairs was a fine touch. Our waiter was extremely personable and made us feel very welcome. The food was absolutely fantastic for the price point and I was very pleasantly surprised by the chef's choice of ingredient combinations. My girlfriend and I order the Chef's 9-course dinner and every single plate was well thought-out and meticulously crafted. My favourite was the beef claypot rice; the beef was fall-apart succulent and flavourful. 10/10 would recommend for a nice date night or special event - you will not be disappointed!

Food was nice. Oysters on the starters is a must try, The duck confit was decent. Most of the food menu is quite confusing as they try to fuse asian and western cuisines. They tried to mix it up so hard I am just not sure what kind of taste profile I am expecting to have. It's a hit and miss, some people would love it and others might feel off. I ordered potato bread which was delicious. Another small was the torched salmon, I would not recommend to have it. Lack of taste, it was like a small sashimi serving with a Thai (Nam Chim) dipping sauce.

A cosy bar with live music. Who wouldn’t enjoy that?!? We loved it so much and stayed till the closing time.
