Our mission is "Bienvenue to All!" Our restaurant celebrates the hospitality and gastronomy of authentic, scratch-made Louisiana and Southern foods with a focus on environmental stewardship and our immediate community. Our menu represents the integrity and connections between our chef, our farmers, and ranchers. From mustard to sausage to biscuits, nearly every item is made in-house.

Operations make considerations for the environment, all people, and our community. We work closely with local farmers and we compost 100% of food waste. Nearly everything is scratch-made, from andouille sausage to citrus stock used in drinks. Serving traditional dining indoor and seafood boils on the patio, our mission is Bienvenue to All!
