The only positive was we had a reservation and they were able to seat us earlier. The service was atrocious. Took 35 min to get a cocktail. Server had zero idea about anything on the menu. They ran out of Filet at 8:45pm on a Sat night. The menu is not extensive so there was a substantial substitution. Asked for a manager. She was even more clueless than the server. Worst $300 dinner ever. Do not go to this place ever again

Disappointed. After elbowing our way through the bar crowd, we were seated by the hostess. It was 10 minutes at least until we had water. During that time, I noticed the room manager and 4 staff in the kitchen doorway casually visiting. Our waitress alone was quite busy. Finally made drinks order. The courses each arrived very slowly. Wine for main course was ordered from menu but the red was unavailable....Duck pot pie had very little duck 😕. The short ribs, however, were delicious. It took a VERY long time to receive the bill. And it was an expensive bill for two people. Will not return. Disappointed.

The only good thing about our dinner was the service. Our waitress was nice. Other than that, some of the food we ordered never made it to the table, some just came late, the lettuce in the salad was full of sand, the table was dark, and the dishes that did arrive at the table were of mediocre quality. Not worth the experience

We loved the ambience at Revel and the food was delicious! It was very busy and the drinks took a little longer but not too bad. Overall: we loved it!

Regretting taking the recommendation of the Ritz concierge, we waited for 10 minutes to get water and 20 minutes to be greeted by the waitress, another 15 to get our drinks and a total of 45 minutes to actually place our food order! Food was hit or miss- mostly miss. Under done NY Steak sandwich, 3 soups were lukewarm and none had soup spoons. And who serves sparkling water with no ice and a warm bottle? Raclette cheese had no way of staying warm and so the cheese hardened and was not edible. We noticed many other unhappy guests suffering from the poor service and food. So disappointing.

We were seating immediately but it took 35 mins for a waiter to get us water and order drinks. Took a total of 45 mins for a bottle of wine. 1 hour to just get appetizers. Then they messed up our dinner order. I have been there 7-8 times and service is always spotty.
