   This is our second year selecting RH for our family pre-holiday dinner, and this year, it was far less than we expected. Our biggest concern is how crowded the restaurant was and that our bill was 40% higher this year vs. last year for virtually the same menu choices. While the visual ambiance is lovely, we will go somewhere different next year for the price we paid.

   RH is one of the best restaurants in Charlotte. Food and service are consistent and always excellent. Brunch menu offers exceptional variety with something for everyone. Lunch and dinner menus are plentiful too.

   I knew this was an expensive restaurant but my friend and I wanted to go somewhere special for the holidays. I just expected the quality of food to match the price. I paid a $28 for a very small Chinese chicken salad that had no flavor. The chicken tasted like the precooked fajita strips you can buy at the grocery store and the dressing either had no flavor or they forgot to put it on. It was the size that a side salad might be in other restaurants. My friend had a different salad and said that it was just okay. The truffle fries we shared were pretty good. The service and atmosphere were great but I wouldn’t go back.

   Service was sub par. Some items were never brought to table. From the time the food was dropped off to the time I asked for a check, nobody came to check in the table. Poor management staff!! Not a good experience!!

   Must make reservations of which we did or you will have a hard time getting in. We were asked if we were celebrating anything when we arrived and mentioned it was a birthday, but it wasn’t acknowledged in any way during our visit. That felt a bit strange, especially since they specifically asked. The overall experience was still enjoyable, though. The ambience was definitely the highlight — the intricate design, beautiful chandeliers, and mirrors created a stunning atmosphere that made the visit memorable. As for the food, the menu is somewhat limited, but the dishes were decent and satisfying. The service, however, was a bit slow both in terms of food delivery and waiting on us, which was a little frustrating. While the food wasn’t the standout feature, the restaurant’s atmosphere made up for it. All in all, a lovely place to visit for the ambience, but the service could use some improvement.

   Beautiful restaurant, overpriced food and beverage, but great service. Glad to go once, but not again…. Couple glasses of (OK-ish Prosecco) and shrimp $130

    Overall we had an amazinf experience. The service was incredible and the food was amazing. Very reasonable pricing for what you get. It’s also completely beautiful!
