   This establishment had some serious issues. We had a large party and were expecting a comfortable stay. However, the accommodations were small, and the food arrived over the span of three hours. The service was staggered and disjointed, with dishes arriving at haphazard intervals and inconsistent timing that made the entire dining experience feel chaotic. We had to repeatedly ask the for food and even take silverware from empty tables. Some attendees never received their food at all. We are even disappointed in ourselves for staying, but it was Mother’s Day. When we tried to speak to the manager and owner, they gave us two different versions of events and guarantees. It was strange as if they had never spoken to each other about what was going on. The owner was not only dismissive but also very rude. The lack of accountability for the poor experience was distasteful and disturbing. Our server did her best, but she was working both tables and the bar. Our expectations were TOO high for this place, it truly was a letdown. Another party next to us walked out after waiting half an hour without water. In my opinion, it’s better to make an online order and pick it up if you’re planning to visit this establishment. Also, be wary of interacting with them on any holiday, as they cannot handle a lot of orders and guests. As a hotelier, they have a lot of learning to do if they are even aware of it. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

   I would say my overall experience there was just slightly less than amazing. But I really did enjoy the restaurant. It was my second time going. The food was delicious. If anything, I would go back just for the food. The ambiance is great. The drinks were also pretty good. They sat us at a table that rocked back-and-forth, and there was no place for my date to hang her purse. I think if they pay attention to these small details, they would get 5 stars by more than just me.

   Celebrated my birthday here and it was such an amazing eexperience. The food was great the music was good and I truly had the best birthday ever! They were to accommodate all of my guests and we partied! Thank you!
