Totally different experience from any other time I’ve been there. The server never waited on us till we asked for help. We were told the steak is served in a hot plate, it wasn’t. We paid $59 for a wet-steak, medium well.. it was medium rare on a cold plate, the steak was warm so the truffle butter that cost $9 wasn’t melting, it became a spread. The wedge salad was deluged with dressing and 4 dried onions like croutons, the gnocchi was not prepared the properly. Maybe it’s because I sat at the bar which I haven’t done in years or maybe bar staff don’t serve while you’re at the bar until you request it. No extra plates were goven for my oysters to put the shells on. No plates were given for the rolls that I also had to request. There was quite a bit of particles in both types red wines I had, the only good thing was my gin and tonic. Truly disappointed. This was my dates first time to your restaurant and I swore by the quality and the prices. He wasn’t pleased. Neither was I. When I’m there with attorneys, we’re treated differently. Now I’m here with law enforcement, and it’s awful.

I recently dined at Level Ten and had a mixed experience. We arrived for our 7:30 reservation but didn't get seated until nearly 8:00. Once we were seated, our server Tam was fantastic—she was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. However, it felt like she was stretched thin, which impacted the overall experience. Unfortunately, the bartenders were in training that night, so we missed out on the specialty cocktails. My Old Fashioned was disappointing, with muddled oranges and cherries and far too much ice. I understand the need for training, but it’s crucial to maintain quality, especially with classic cocktails. As for the food, it was decent but didn't quite meet expectations for a fine dining establishment. The steak was cooked well, and the appetizers were filling. However, serving packet saltine crackers felt out of place for the restaurant's self-proclaimed fine dining status. Elevating the oyster presentation with house-made crackers could enhance the experience. Additionally, by 8:00 PM, they were out of the crab soup—a popular dish that perhaps should be better stocked on a busy Friday night. Overall, it was an okay experience. Tam was the highlight, and if we return, she would be the main reason to come back.

To start our reservation was for 7:30 although we didn't get seated until closer to 8pm. Then we had requested a window table and we're seated in between to other couples who were closer than my date and I. I can understand if it was a lunch date it would be acceptable however for a fine dining and possibly intimate occasion the atmosphere was closer to that of a subway train car.

The oysters were spectacular. The she crab soup was authentic. My wife said she would definitely be back here and order the stuffed chicken. I ordered the salmon. It had a crust-like outer surface but the inside was moist and very tasty. This was a wonderful experience celebrating my wife's birthday. The hospitality was excellent with a shout out to Gracen, the lovely lady who served us. Thank you all for a wonderful evening.

Save your money or just go to the Rick Erwin’s in greer. I came here for my bday on 11/30 with 8 people and had the worst service. Every one of our drinks were empty the entire time. We finally had to go to the host stand to get someone to our table. Some of the Appetizers were served cold and the food wasn’t impressive. We go to Rick Erwin’s in Greer all the time but I wanted a change of scenery. Silly me. We sat at 6:45 and our drink order was taken at 7:11. That should have been our first sign. It was even overly busy and I noticed none of the tables near us had food when we got there. Bill was $700 with over $100 in tips and we had to basically beg for service and drinks. Never again.
