   For a new Casino, me & my wife chose to go here for our Anniversary. They tried to serve my wife raw salmon over a cold bed of gooey rice. I had the pasta that look like it was under the light to keep it warm. Rude customer service. Waiter disappeared. Messed our night up. Will never return

   Where do I begin, first we got the wrong menus we had the brunch menus not the dinner ones not a big deal you say,? Well maybe not but it took them 10 min to bring us dinner menus. Drinks took another 10-15 min then I got tomato basil soup can’t mess that up right? wrong it was cold and it came out 10 minutes after my wife’s appetizer it’s not gazpacho! Then the worst of the night I got simple spaghetti add meatballs bowl was half full of water meatballs while cooked were ice cold so warmed up or supposed to be my wife’s rigatoni also room temp cold my sauce and noodles were room temp. Our server while nice never came back to offer another drink which are over priced for the lack of alcohol in them so by the time she asked us if we wanted to go boxes more of a plastic container for the water filled sauce would have been better. I decided to let it go with her she didn’t cook the food so why tell her or not tip her by the way the grand total for two bowls of pasta, burrata, my tomato basil soup ”ice soup” and the supposed to be alcohol but tasted not alcohol drinks with tip 135.00 this is the worst place at Live and that’s saying something they should be past the “we just opened “ stage

   Decided to eat here prior to a concert being held at the casino. The reservation was for 6:15 and we were sat a little later but we were patient and did get seated. Once sat our waitress came immediately to give us water. We ordered fairly quickly and food came out real quick which was perfect. We ordered garlic bread and calamari. Our entrees were chicken fettuccine Alfredo and salmon on risotto. Everything was delicious but the bread was so good! We were stuffed and even with the delay in seating got into the concert on time!

   We went for the first time for Sunday Brunch on February 22nd. The restaurant is beautiful! Our waitress Serus was fantastic and the food was yummy!! They have brunch on Saturday and Sunday which is awesome!! We will absolutely go back!!

   We enjoyed our first visit to Ridotto Grand Cafe. This was on the third night it had been open. I could tell the staff was wanting to make sure it was just right. We were checked on many times. The food presentation was great and tasty. We will be back to this restaurant at Live Casino.
