1997年6月20日、代官山・旧山手通りに誕生した「リストランテASO」。昭和初期に建てられたクラシックな洋館を舞台にしたひらまつによるイタリア料理店は、多くの人々に愛され、静かに歴史を紡いできました。初代料理長である阿曽達治と明美マダムが築き上げた系譜を継ぎ、多くの料理人やサービススタッフが育った大切なレストラン。現在は、一番弟子である高階琢が料理長としてASO cucinaを開花させ、創業時から支配人を務める遠藤宣夫をはじめとするスタッフと共に日々進化を遂げています。「リストランテASO」の揺るぎない信念、それは“やさしさ”であり、料理、サービス、空間すべてに通じる根幹を成すもの。店内に入った瞬間、料理を口にした瞬間、ワインが注がれる瞬間、記念日のサプライズを届ける瞬間……たくさんの心躍る笑顔が生まれる場所であるよう、ASOならではの“やさしさ”を心に誠心誠意お客様をお迎えいたします。非日常のエレガントで贅沢な時間を演出しながらも、家族のような温かさや寛ぎを感じていただけるおもてなしを大切に。何世代にもわたり訪れていただける“ひらまつイタリアの家”で在り続けたい、そう心から願っています。
