Ristorante Canoviano in Daikanyama is an authentic Italian restaurant that has been serving the area since 1999. The kitchen is headed by chef Uetake RyuMasashi. He studied Western cuisine in Tokyo and lived in Italy for three years where he studied the art of Italian cooking. Ristorante Canoviano uses fresh ingredients and traditional techniques to deliver homemade dishes. The menu at Ristorante Canoviano offers set course options for lunch and dinner and an a la carte menu. Try dishes like natural fresh fish carpaccio with seasonal vegetable salad, roasted French Sharang duck breast and tomato and buffalo mozzarella spaghettini.

                                    冷製カッペリーニから始まり最後のデザートまで今回も本当に大満足なディナーでした。どのお料理も美味しすぎてあっという間に食べきってしまいます。特に冷製カッペリーニは、トマトの甘味と口当たりなめらかなソースがパスタに絡み、とっても美味しかったです! また是非両親を連れて食べに行きます♪

                                    以前から利用させて頂いているお店でお気に入りです。 お店の雰囲気もすごく良く、店員さんの気遣いが素晴らしいです。 お料理ももちろん美味しくてコース料理を注文するのですが、行く時期によって旬の食材を使っていたりしてメニューが違うので楽しみが増えます。 また利用させて頂きます。

                                    野菜の美味しさをメインにしたいというこだわりを感じるお店だった。サラダとアンティパスト代わりに出てきたカラスミのパスタが美味しい。バターを使わない点などはヘルシー志向の女性には好まれる一方、ニンニクも唐辛子も使わないイタリアンは夫には少し物足りないようだった。コース料金で食べられるパスタにもう少し種類が欲しいところ。デザートはたくさんの中から選べて迷うぐらい充実していた。デザートもすごく美味しい！ 店構えがとても素敵で雰囲気が良く、代官山にしてはリーズナブルだと思うので、コースメニューに食べたい物がある人にとってはかなりお得感のあるリストランテだと思う。

                                    挙式記念日に夫婦で利用しました。今はもうありませんが4年前に青山店で披露宴を行なったので思い出の味を求めて代官山店を再訪しました。素材の味を生かした繊細なお料理で見た目も美しくサービスも行き届いていて素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。妻が少食なので品数はそのままに一皿の量を調整してくださり二人とも最後まで美味しくいただけました。もっともっと流行るといいなと思います。少し空席が目立ったように思うのでその点で雰囲気は星4つです。またお邪魔したいと思います。

                                    味付けがシンプルで、素材の美味しさが生かされとても美味しかったです。 胃の弱い私には、ニンニクが入ってないので嬉しかったです。かといって物足りなさは全く感じられませんでした。また、別のコース料理も頂きに伺いたいと思います。 ただ、残念な事は、最後に頂いたアールグレーの紅茶が全く香りがなく、安物感が 感じられガッカリしました。最後の締めは、手抜きなしの美味しい飲み物かどうかでその店の印象がガラリと変わりますので、ぜひ見直して頂ければと思います。

                                    お味は申分なし、前菜（スープ、パスタ）にもう少し量が欲しかった。器、料理の盛付も美しく美的、美味に触れ楽しい食事が出来た。ホステスのサービスも行届いていたが客との目線が合わず都度声を掛けるのに気配りした。ワインの料金（高価）を銘柄を含めて検討してほしい。また出向きます。ありがとうございました。

                                    東京駅のCANOVIANOで挙式をしたのですが、そちらが閉店。 今回初めて代官山店へ伺いました。 スタイリッシュな店内、ガラス越しにキッチンが見えます。 サービスでワンドリンク頂き、乾杯。 全てのお料理が丁寧に作られていて本当に美味しいです。 味はもちろんですが、 カルパッチョは緑の苺や蓮芋など珍しいお野菜が乗っていて 視覚も楽しむことができます。 デザートにアニバーサリーのチュイールを付けて頂き、 写真も撮影して頂けて、終始、会話も弾みますね♪ また来年の結婚記念日に伺いたいと思います。 ありがとうございました。

                                    もっと早く行っておけばよかった。お料理が美味しくておすすめです！印象に残ったのは野菜のおいしさとデザート。期待してなかったから良く感じたのかもしれませんがw、ぜひまた行きたいと思います。 ただ、奥の席はランチには暗過ぎます…。

                                    シマエビのカッペリーニが食べたくて、何度も行っています。 コースの最初に出てくるので、あとのお料理もより楽しみになります。 全体的にお野菜、しかも珍しいものが多くて美しいですし、お魚、お肉の塩加減、火の通し加減も最高です。 メニューの説明も丁寧ですし、サービスもさりげなくて良いです。 その分、デザートが少し残念に感じます。 グランドメニューと季節のメニューがあって種類は多いのですが、ここ何回かはいつも同じクレープを頼み、同伴が選ぶ季節メニューで？？となるのが惜しいところです。
