   The limited three-course Sunday menu (with free corkage) from the pre-pandemic Prime Rib days is back - at $65. (Actually $83.20 with tax and 20% tip, which is added to the check, and not including coffee.) That’s a lot of money, but a whole lot less than ordering a la carte, making the price of a special dinner in this fabulous space worth the splurge. Yes, a hefty chunk of prime rib is one of the choices.

   Food was outstanding. Filet cooked to perfection and melted in my mouth. Sides were seasoned well, drinks with nice pour. Service was spotty but I think our server may have been new as he seemed a little nervous and I won’t hold it against him. Decor is very nice and depending on where you’re seated it can be either romantic or lively. All in all a great place to dine.

   Beautiful ambiance; subdued atmosphere with soft piano music filtering throughout the restaurant. The service was superior with a very attentive waiter! Excellent food and wine! I highly recommend this restaurant!

   The Rittenhouse Grill is without question the finest steakhouse in Philadelphia. The food and service are excellent. The atmosphere and ambience cannot be matched. We are so fortunate to have a restaurant of this quality in our city. Whether it’s every day dining a date or a special occasion both else compares

   One of the BEST options in Phila. (I haven't tried them all) for quiet, romantic very special dining. The atmosphere is softly lit & quiet, the background 'soft jazz' music, & later the live piano music - same soft jazz & American playbook vibe, enhanced the atmosphere but did not intrude on conversation. The waitstaff was ever attentive but never intrusive. The food was plentiful enough to satisfy any appetite & quality enough to satisfy the pickiest epicurean. It goes without saying (but I'll say it anyway) the preparation & presentation was 'old school' in the very best sense. The cost, while not out of line with modern center city dining, delivers value but does make this more a special occasion dining event. For that - it's perfect.

   What a beautiful evening, with perfect service and attention to detail. The dining room is lovely, with music, as well. The prime rib and rack of lamb were perfect! Delicious oysters and lump crab to start. Even the mashed potatoes were perfect! Such a great place to celebrate a special night.

   Definitely did not meet our expectations. Our server was nice but definitely too busy to appropriately attend to us. Food was very below average.
