   Everything was great. Everyone loved their food. The server was awesome and was very good at splitting a check with a large group. We also had a manager come over who was super kind. He took some photos for us and was very pleasant and upbeat!

   Just had a disappointing experience, the vodka sauce on the pasta was more of a out of the jar marinara, my strip steak was overcooked twice and out night cap beverage before leaving was wrong but we were too eager to leave to send it back. With a menu that doesn’t change at least in the last 8 months I expected a lot better, by the time my spouse and I made it home we were both feeling gross, the experience put a damper on the whole night.

   One of the best experiences we have had in a long time. From start to finish, we enjoyed every moment. Food was amazing and our server Nikki was very attentive and so sweet. Brûlée oranges are a must try!

   Our first experience will not be our last! We live a few hours away and planned a weekend getaway. Everything from the ambiance, service, and food was impeccable! Check in and valet were seamless. Sitting on the swings waiting to be called to our table was a total vibe! We were seated below the bar right at the entrance. At first I had really wished we were upstairs but the food and ambiance made me forget right away! We started with the bread board appetizer which was delivered by one of the managers, Shakur. This impressed me because he was interacting with the guests and you could tell he wanted to make sure our experience was satisfactory! The breads were delicious and the spreads were perfect compliments! I had the haddock and my husband had the lobster mac and cheese. We were expecting small portions for the fine dining price—we were WRONG! We were shocked at how much food arrived and we had to box up a big portion of everything (appetizer, meals, dessert) that we ordered. To finish, we had to order the Pittsburgh cookie table! Were the cookies the best cookies we’ve ever had? No. Am I still glad we ordered it? Absolutely! I especially liked the heart shaped cookies. They were delicious! I must try brunch next!

   It was the first time there for our party of four. Our food, drinks, desserts and service were excellent despite it being a busy night. The hostess was also friendly and helpful. Our server, Helena, and the manager, Shakur, did a wonderful job! We had an issue with one dinner, but they corrected it right away. They made sure everything was great!

   Repeat visit for Valentine’s Day dinner and Ritual House did it again! Every time we come here we know we’re guaranteed to get a great meal served by talented, friendly people who make the evening a joy. Had the surf and turf and a few drinks, which were all perfection. Our server Stephen and manager Shakur attended to our every need and made our night so special. Definitely come visit these people and experience the amazing place they’ve created downtown!
