Very disappointing. My first course came and second course arrived 5 minutes later but waited another 20 minutes and my husband had not received either course. Then both his courses arrived together by which time my second course as I had waited for him was cold. I sent it back but waitress seemed oblivious to the problem and not apologetic. He had to eat starter swiftly followed by main course or his would have been cold too. The staff lacked any charm or warmth.
