   Outstanding place to eat. Had lunch there and it was a little quiet. But the service was first class. The menu was different and varied. Plenty of freshly cooked food. Generous portions. Could recommend it more. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

   A very pleasant evening starting with a warm welcome. Lovely venue and atmosphere, great choice and quality of food. Could not fault the attentiveness of staff. We are returning and will be recommending

   Good food and nice choice on the menu. The vibe is good but there are not enough staff. The waiters etc are delightful and kind but evidently management just opt to have a few too many for the shift… shame as it could have been really great. Hopefully this will change… I will be unlikely to ever find out…

   We had an amazing evening meal at this restaurant. The staff were keen to give us a really nice table and looked after us very well. We had an excellent meal. The whitebait was outstanding - it was the best we've had, honestly, since the 1990s. Our mains were truly delicious too. At the end, to our amazement, the singer dedicated a song to us ' I can't help falling in love with you', as it was our 50th wedding anniversary! What a wonderful evening!

   The service let it down. There were three of us and we waited about 45 minutes for drinks after asking numerous times and after waiting a considerable amount of time to have our order taken to start with. Starter took over an hour to come out and then mid way through our starter which we had had for about 10 minutes were told that the main course was ready and they needed to clear the starter away still eating it. Had to ask every time we wanted something. Food was mediocre for the price but in this economy that seems to be standard now. Wouldn’t rush back.

   We had to ask three times for our drinks and the restaurant clearly doesn’t like giving out tap water either! But the food was divine and they did take off the service charge to make up for the bad service
