   The ambience is a 10. The food is excellent, love the drinks and the staff is always very sweet one of our favorite places in Naples

   Our server was super busy but we never felt neglected. She was friendly and attentive with recommendations. The highlight was the freshly made Churros. Delicious!

   Excellent happy hour. Food and service great. Veronica, our bartender was excellent! Loved the taco salad. Guac was delicious. Fun vibe at bar. Will def be back.

   Fun decorations and the food is good. But music is loud which I guess is part of the vibe.

   Unfortunately we had a bad experience. Guacamole was amazing! Tacos on the other hand left much to be desired. Carne asada tacos were cold from the tortilla to the meat. Service also left much to be desired as we planned on getting dessert but were just left a check on our table and felt rushed out even though it was not super busy.

   Food and service aren’t what they used to be. The guacamole is still excellent but that was the only highlight. We were sat in the bar area where there was water dripping from an air conditioner vent that was dripping directly on my wife. We moved the table ourselves as our server was no where to be seen (a theme for the whole night), and it was then obvious this drip was kit something new (a wet area in the ground was readily aoparent). As far as service, just terrible. It took a long time to order, get our drinks and food. My family’s bar drinks took quite some time and my iced tea took longer. Though we would have all liked another drink (and a refill for my tea), we never got the option as our server didn’t come back to the table until after our meal was done (and she didn’t even deliver it). Rocco’s has historically been a constant in our dining rotation, but not any more.

    Our hostess in the bar area was amazing and made our visit memoriable. This is not my first time to Rocco’s Tacos here in Naples and is definitely one I still love to come back to when in town :). The Austin dip is my favorite of all time!
