ROKA Charlotte Street serves contemporary japanese robatayaki cuisine in striking yet informal surrounding in the heart of London’s media district.

In warm weather the glass walls open onto the street outside creating a semi-alfresco ambience throughout. During summer, outside tables are available for dining.

The Shochu Lounge is the bar and lounge area beneath ROKA charlotte street, serving traditional and contemporary cocktails as well as homemade tonics in this intimate basement lounge bar where guests can also enjoy ROKA dishes from the kitchen.

Please note Shochu Lounge is open Wednesday to Saturday only for dinner service.
Shochu lounge operates an over 21 years old policy.

We went for the Saturday brunch set menu and the place was buzzing. Great place to meet, albeit you only have the table for 2-hours. Izakaya style food served in a way where the table can share so good for a party of mixed appetites. But the food no longer stands out. Still a nice place to go though and will happily go back again.

Great service. We went for the set menu which came with a delicious cocktail. Food was faultless and we had a great variety of dishes. Will be back! Such great value for money.

Concept of the bottomless brunch is good if you have staff that are on the ball… Very very slow service - in fact in a corner and kind of forgotten about - when you offer the bottomless drinks it would be nice to be topped up.. Was under the impression it was 2hours but after 90mins said that was last glass - only had 2 glasses filled Food was so so - not as good as the normal menus

A warm welcome and fast friendly service. Decided to go for the premium set menu which was excellent value at £108 per person as it included all our favourites as well as new flavours and dishes which were all excellent. Always exceptional food every time and will be returning soon.

Not so good for value . Cod was amazing but at least 1 side dish should have been included in the Prenium menu and desserts we had to pay although half price .

No offer to take our coats on arrival. No anniversary message with dessert as offered. Tables around us were served swiftly while we were left waiting a long time throughout. Three tables arrived during our visit and left before us. We were a table of two. I now regret paying the 14.5% service charge.

Overall, we had excellent time, and enjoyed the service and the food. We loved Kaiseki course and cocktails. Satsuma was a bit of disappointment as the potato used was not sweet at all. Also, I suggest the floor manager make sure waiters took showers before the duty and use cologne so that they do not smell bad.

Exceptional service!!! For this time of the year when they are so busy, to be as attentive, gracious and accommodating as- absolutely fantastic! We tried the tasting menu which was lovely. Friends are vegetarians and they too really liked the wide variety of impeccable dishes.
