Rollati's menu is a love letter to Italian-American cuisine, embracing the iconic dishes of Italy’s many regions, as well as those that developed in Italian kitchens across America. Guests will find familiar favorites alongside market driven dishes inspired by seasonal ingredients from local farmers and seafood purveyors, or the occasional nod to a modern pantry. Fresh pasta, made in house, is at the heart of the menu, while features from the Grill, House Specialties, pizza, and seasonal produce round out the menu. Our robust beverage program features an extensive selection of Italian and Californian wines that have been carefully selected to pair with our Italian flavors alongside classic Italian cocktails, aperitifs and digestifs. I recently dined at Rollati Ristorante with my team, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The food was exceptional, with perfectly portioned dishes that were just right—not too overwhelming. The standout for us was the thousand-layer lasagna, which was absolutely delicious and beautifully made. The clam pizza was another highlight—so flavorful and well-executed. For dessert, we had the tiramisu cake, which was a pleasant surprise. It wasn’t overly sweet, striking the perfect balance and rounding off the meal perfectly. The ambiance of the restaurant is stunning, with a beautifully designed space that adds to the overall dining experience. On top of that, the service was excellent—attentive and friendly throughout the time we were there. We loved every bit of our time at Rollati Ristorante and will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend this place for a memorable meal.

Outstanding from start to finish. We started with drinks and appetizers at the bar, then had dinner and desert. Service is attentive without being intrusive and the food is amazing.

Great food and service as usual. Parking is a little difficult but there are public lots close.

The first time we visited we did a date night and loved it. This time around we took our kids and some family friends. We are vegetarian and everything we had was delicious. We have lived in the area for 18 years and find it difficult to find good Italian food. This is our new favorite and we will definitely return!
