   Excellent food and nice, efficient dining service. Friendly, efficient Staff in a very nice dining room. Delightful meals served and a most enjoyable evening was enjoyed at Roly’s Bistro. Looking forward to future visits

   We had a voucher because of a poor previous experience, I asked for a charity donation to no avail, and had lunch. The location in D4 is great and the restaurant was not busy and service was prompt. My companion does not drink and asked for a lemon drink with no ice but got a can of lemon water and a glass of ice. The can was unopened and she had to ask for a glass with no ice. Pretty basic service for a quality bistro but not provided which was odd given it was quiet.. The food was ok but my prawns were small and pretty tasteless. My friends starter and main of Salmon were both very nice as were both deserts. I had eaten here many times before and loved the setting / food but I think there are now much better alternatives in terms of quality and value.

   First of all the staff were delightful! Offer us Sunday roast when the hour had expired. She knew how badly we wanted it and how disappointed we were not to be able to order it. It was the most delicious Sunday roast both of us had ever had anywhere!!! Everything was cooked just right!!! The veggies were so yummy too. My favorite Dublin area restaurant!

   Myself and three friends had lunch recently in Rolys Bistro. We were very impressed with the setting, atmosphere and service. The food was top class, plentiful and presented beautifully. Looking forward to our next visit.

    Roly’s is famous and rightly so for all the right reasons - excellent service and excellent food. The main dining room is lovely decorated like a French bistro with nicely spaced tables. The service was perfect from the moment we arrived when our costs were taken. immediately we sat down we were offered water and given the drinks and food menu. Within a few minutes we were offered a choice of breads and had ordered our wine - a reasonably priced Pinot Grigio which my partner was offered to taste soon afterwards. We ordered our food which also was served within 5-10 minutes - pate and mushroom soup - both excellent. For mains we chose venison and salmon both excellent. Portions were medium sized but cooked to perfection. We shared sticky toffee pudding and ice cream for dessert. We really enjoyed our visit to Roly’s and highly recommend that you try it
