Besides the picturesque surroundings that also showcases downtown Walnut Creek, Rooftop has a living wall with lush greenery and water features. Guests can feast on black cod wrapped in a banana leaf with pea shoots, lamb meatballs or other flavorful plates. Delicious desserts, fresh salads and bar bites will also satisfy the appetite. Visit us on Friday with your friends and enjoy the best views of the city. For reservations more than 6 guests food & beverage minimum spend of $80 per person is required. Friday & Saturday we take up to 12 guests. Table dining times are limited to two hours. Many tables are tall high-top tables with backless chairs, please request accommodations if this will not work for your group. We have a 15 minutes grace period. Please call us if you are running later than 15 minutes after your reservation time. Location and seating are based on availability. 20% service charge will be applied.

Comfortable, and the right amount of attention. Nick was a great mix of patience and attentiveness. Food was high quality but not outstanding. That said, I'm going back the next time that I'm dealing with shopping marathoners. A great place to camp out

We started with oysters which were good. My girlfriend got the Caesar with pasta. The pasta was dry and had no flavor. We had to go up to the bar to get salt to try and flavor it I had the scallops over roasted veggies. The sauce was overwhelming so I had no idea how the veggies were. At a minimum this dish should have been served with rice,veggies on the side. The third friend had a beet salad. There is nothing really to say about that. Finally we had to find our server to ask for the check. We will not be back based on amazing dining options in the area.

small portions, high priced food & menu has become a lot smaller. Had to waive down service every time we needed drinks, order food, etc.

We hadn't been to Rooftop since before covid and were totally wowed. Of course, where else would you want to be on a warm, sunny winter day but perched atop Walnut Creek looking on Mt. Diablo and the surrounding hills. We arrived for lunch and all three of us loved our meals -- the dumpling starter was fantastic, and everyone loved their lunch (shrimp tacos, pappardelle/caesar, salmon/caesar). Our server was fantastic, the support staff attentive, the vibe was chill and the music great. Who could ask for anything more. Rooftop is now at the top of our WC dining list.

Rooftop was incredibly noisy, the service was initially slow to be attentive and then improved, the food was only mediocre, the Calamari was not crisp and the short ribs were not tasty.

Everything was fantastic. Short ribs was tender, salmon was crispy, and ahu tuna was amazing. I look forward to coming back!!

Really love this place in the summer… but it was still really nice for a winter birthday celebration. Vibe and drinks were on point… first time having something other than starters and the entree was delicious.
