   Kathy greeted us with a “big hello” and smile at the front as always! She is such a great representative for the beginning of a great dining experience. My friend and I really enjoyed the onion/mushroom soup. Delish! We only got a cup and we wish we had each ordered a bowl. Ha! Our chicken salad sandwich was delicious also. Yum!

   In a world where food is impregnated with preservatives as processed to last “forever”, the farm to table concept employed by Rooster’s reigns supreme. Their entrees are fresh and flavorful. Prices are reasonable. The location is easily accessible with ample parking. We went for Sunday brunch and with a reservation the wait time was minimal. Ambience is light and airy. While this was our first time eating here, we will definitely be eating there again and would highly recommend it to others.

   The salmon cakes with succotash in a tomato based sauce was outstanding. Kudos to the chef and kitchen as the salmon cakes had a perfect sear and the dish was seasoned perfectly too. I will be craving this dish!

   Service was horrible. Waited forever for drinks when restaurant was empty, waiter completely inattentive, food sat on table forever, food delivered to wrong table. Such a disappointment to be there at 2pm when not crowded and have such a bad experience.

    LOVED our visit to Rooster's for brunch today. Sister was in town and staying at Southpark, so I needed a restaurant that was close. I am so happy that I chose Rooster's for our brunch. The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. So nice to visit a restaurant that cares about service. From the extra cloth near the coffee pot to the filling up of water glasses, this place cares about good service. The frittata was so yummy and healthy with the salad. Sis got the eggs Benedict which were also so yummy! Would def order all again! Enjoy a lively restaurant with good food and extra good service!
