   Very disappointing experience. Making a reservation and being stuck in the back room, with a couple with a crying toddler and another family with a baby. We walked past several tables with Reservation on them. A disregard for a nice anniversary out.

   The service and food are outstanding. The noise level is moderate. Great place for casual business dinner or a great evening out

   One of my favorite restaurants in Charlotte! They cook everything perfectly. The cabbage dish was spectacular

   My first time at Roosters was for brunch. They nailed it, food was amazing. Went for dinner this time with 2 others and was underwhelmed. We got the Scallops, Duck, and Salmon along with sides and cocktails. Get the Boulevardier cocktail, you wont be disappointed if you are a whiskey fan. The entrees were not as flavorful. The duck was cooked medium per the chefs recommendation but felt it was a bit tougher to chew and there was not a lot of flavor to it. Same lack of flavor with the salmon, scallops, and sides. Ive sat in the main part of the restaurant before which is very nice and high energy. I did not know they have a separate part of the restaurant which in fact was completely separate from the restaurant itself but still within the same complex. It might as well have been its own restaurant because it was much quieter, much less crowded, and much less decorated compared to the main dining room Roosters is known for. No problems what so ever with service, they were a bright spot of the night. All around a below average fine dining experience for DINNER. I still believe their brunch is excellent.

   Wonderful lunch with w/ a friend. Tomato soup & mushroom soup were excellent. Split the roast beef sandwich which came with delicious fries. The beef was very tender & tasty. Our server, Vicky H. was delightful, friendly, informative & accommodating. Sometimes the prices build with the ala carte dinner menu, but this meal was a good value.

   The food was good but they should bill it as miniature. My friend ordered the salmon and it was $18 and about 2 1/2 “ long. I have never seen a smaller piece of salmon in my life. I ordered the burger and it was good but just a little bigger than a slider. Vary small portions, but the prices do not reflect the portion sizes. The manager was responsive and offered a free dessert. It was chocolate torte and again, very good but smaller than any slice I have seen.

   Brunch with dear friend to exchange Christmas gift. Food is always great, waiter was wonderful and such a cozy restaurant in a rainy day.

   Excellent service, great food, perfect location for a dinner party. The short rib might be the best thing on the menu. The snapper was okay, could have used more seasoning. The sides are always delicious.

    First time visiting, went there with family and friends to celebrate a birthday. The food was good. The waitress was excellent very polite very thorough. Very knowledgeable. We felt genuinely appreciated as customers wonderful experience. The bread was delightful. The bread pudding was delightful. The coconut cake was delightful so we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
