The food was delicous. The portions were huge! My friend and I split the nachos and we were both very full after eating just those. I ordered the Tulum salad, which was also HUGE and I could only eat a tiny bit. My friend got the chicken quesadilla, also HUGE, and she said it was delicious! My only complaint- the service wasn't great. Our server was not friendly either. That was a bit of a downer but the delicious food made up for it. The manager came by to say hello, which was a nice touch. I will be back!

I miss the original location and ambiance. Although the food was good. It was too brite. Not a great date night spot in my opinion.

Such a great place. I had called in advance about my dietary requirements and our server was prepared. He brought the chef to our table and she created a delicious meal for me and my friends loved their dishes too. Will go back next time in NYC!

We love Rosa Mexicano, used to go to the one on 1st Avenue which was a really nice location, and I have been to other locations which were just as nice. We have not been there in many years and they closed the 1st Avenue location and moved to 52 and 2. When we walked in the main floor was packed tight (hard to navigate through) and very loud, noisy. We were brought downstairs to a basement level where while the noise level was not loud (which was good); the room smelled like a bathroom. Eventually that smell went away. It just seemed like the restaurant was squeezed into a space where it did not belong. Food was still very good. Service was ok. Maybe I will try a different location next time.

It was an awesome place for lunch! We were traveling back to Cleveland and they were nice enough to store our bags while we ate!! Great food and service!!

**Review of Rosa Mexicano We truly enjoyed ourselves at Rosa Mexicano! We visited for an early dinner, which turned out to be the perfect time for our large family reservation with kids. Our waiter was incredibly patient and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable The food was absolutely delicious. I found the medium spice guacamole to be on the mild side, so if you prefer a bit more kick, definitely ask for the spicy version for a true medium spice. My drinks were delightful as well, and I must say, the Mexican coffee is a must-try I ordered the Birria taco, and it was simply fantastic. The fries were also incredibly tasty! The ambiance had a great vibe, making it a fun place to dine with family and friends. Overall, I highly recommend Rosa Mexicano and can’t wait to go back again. Plus, it’s conveniently located not far from the trains, which is a bonus!
