Quick and attentive service. My mom was allergic to lobster and they were able to accommodate a substitute on a pre-set meal.

First time in all my years are going to Roy said food service was very very slow. And waiters did not check on the table. We had to continuously flag for refill of drinks and other necessities.

We celebrated our 2nd anniversary at Roy's Restaurant at Hilton Guam on Sunday, December 1st, and it was awesome! The atmosphere was just right, the food was delicious, and the service was spot on. A huge thanks to our waiter, Ryan, who made our night extra special. He was super friendly, attentive, and had great recommendations. Thanks, Ryan, for making our anniversary dinner perfect! Can't wait to come back for another great meal!

My husband had ordered the duck. He got through one piece of it and asked for it to be sent back. Rather than take it off the bill, we still ended up having to pay for an inedible dish. Disappointed. The vegetables on both dishes could have been cooked for longer.
