Loved how the chefs visited each table to explain their individual culinary creation to the diners.

Second time here and it’s great. The food and service are in line with what the students are there to achieve.

As usual the food was great, very well presented and tasty. My only complaint about the food is that there’s too much. I understand why management wants students to have the experience of preparing and serving a three course meal but it’s a lot to eat for some people and therefore there is waste. Waiters were very pleasant but need to be more alert to their customers. As an ex waitress it is important to be always looking around and as an old saying goes “ never walk around empty handed”

A most enjoyable dinner with my partner and my parents. The food was delicious and attractively presented. We have dined here before, but this was our first dinner. The dinner was a well balanced fusion of two different elements. One of the elements was the fine dinning. The highlights were the chicken skewers, tender pork belly and the beautifully presented desserts. All four of us ordered different desserts and we shared them all. My favourite was the sticky date pudding served with an ice cream that had a delicious kick of ginger. The other element is the family/share-style dinning. These extra goodies included freshly baked bread/rolls, deep-fried hassle-back potatoes and a salad with orange segments and chopped toasted macadamia nuts. The young gentleman that was our waiter/server could have spoken a bit louder. I think he will become more confident as he gains more experience (this is a learning establishment after all). On the upside he was polite and well informed regarding the menu. The chefs and students are doing amazing things and I can't wait for my next dinning experience at Rubric.

Very impressed by standard of service and quality of food. Excellent value for money. Booked while we were still there at lunch for dinner in a few weeks time to celebrate a birthday.

Food and service were excellent. Dips, lamb, and dessert platter were our favourites. Our waitress/server, Jackie, was polite, friendly and helpful. This is our 3rd time dinning at Rubric and our second Middle Eastern Lunch. Great value. We will be back.
