Southern style American Barbecue is an institution in itself. Contrary to quickly grilled meats at high temperatures on an open flame, Southern Style Barbecue consists of a gentle slow process where the meat cooks with the smoke generated from the wood fire. RUBS’ unique recipes have been crafted using Quebec grown sweet Maple wood for a taste like none other.

We are open and ready for buniess on Thanksgiving Oct. 11th, 2021 from 4pm - 9pm

    Excellent service, notre serveur Chris à été plus que parfait ainsi que tous les employés présents ce soir là (hotesse & busboy). Jamais déçus de ce restaurant, nous y retournerons bientôt assurément !! Qualité de la nourriture incroyable et portions généreuse

    Nous venons souvent dîner à ce restaurant mais c’était une deuxième fois pour souper. Nous avons apprécié notre expérience. Oui il y avait beaucoup de monde hier car nous avons su que le restaurant de Laval ouest avait fermé ses portes récemment. Notre serveuse Caro était parfaite et la bouffe était excellente comme toujours. Le temps d’attente était peut être un peu long mais pour une soirée entre amis ou ne ne sont pas pressé c’était parfait ❤️. Merci

    Nous sommes arrivés à 18h30 et avons eu notre table sans trop d'attente. 19h le serveur prend notre commande 19h30 nos entrées arrivent 21h nous quittons sans avoir eu notre repas principal car les cuisines ne fournissent pas, pourtant, un jeune couple qui est arrivé pendant qu'on mangeait nos entrée, on commandé, reçu leur repas, manger et quitter sans que nous on ai rien reçu. Est-ce que c'est toujours comme ça?!? Aucune idée, mais aujourd'hui, 22 février 2025, plusieurs personnes on quittés sans avoir manger leur repas principal. Le serveur était bien gentil, mais bon, la gentillesse ça ne nourrit pas fort fort.
