Bad food, and disgusting bathrooms.... The staff was very kind but I became ill from food+bathroom situation..

Very inattentive staff that were more interested in chatting amongst theirselves than making sure we needed anything They asked for our drinks order and then we had to remind them as they forgotten We’d looked online at the menu and were not given the set menu only the alcarte one Just had to be looking for them rather than feeling looked after and able to enjoy our time in there together with friends lovely food but disappointing service

Really amazing service from two lovely ladies we had serving us. They were very efficient and attentive from start to end. Food was great as was ambience. Music not too loud at all and service was not slow as per many of the comments so looks like Ruby’s have turned things around and taken on board feedback. Well done Ruby’s! Will def be back again

Excellent all round. Loved the burger - one of the best I have had! Staff friendly, accommodating and attentive. Service brilliant and a nice atmosphere. We will go back

Lovely lady waiting on us was very helpful with advice on choices and was pleasant throughout. Meat was a bit tough; one person's plate was taken away before the rest of us finished eating, which left him at a loose end. The noise was horrendous; background music so very loud so we couldn't hear ourselves speak, given the next table over of very drunk and loud people who were very jolly. Certainly would return because the staff were all nice and the food was well above average. Music need turning down, though.

Great ambiance and friendly staff. Ate a very tasty hamburger. Too high prices on some of the alternatives on the menu.

Nice little bar, very noisy though. Food was delicious although the burger was very undercooked and greasy. Service was swift and efficient but not personalised. Normally the servers would recommend you order sides, the burger didn't come with fries or salad and we would have ordered these if it was clear they didn't come as standard.

Found the staff very pretentious and rude, made us feel very uncomfortable, I had been before and enjoyed it so had high hopes but won’t be # again raise o the service, we were the only table in there yet it still took ages for our drinks to arrive. The staff were unapproachable and hard to interact with.
