   Absolutely perfect experience. Our bartender Ben took wonderful care of us. The drinks were on point! We ordered the monkfish, the duck, and the seabass, all of which were delicious and perfectly prepared. We loved the intimate setting and will definitely be back!

No cacophony of noise here—just the soft hum of conversation, the occasional clink of glasses, and the theatrical rhythm of the open kitchen. The staff? Phenomenal. Attentive but not overbearing, with Dominic, our waiter, standing out like a true professional. This guy wasn’t just taking orders; he was orchestrating an experience. Friendly, knowledgeable, and effortlessly helpful, he elevated the meal from great to unforgettable. And then there’s the food—oh, the food. Let’s start with the brioche. This wasn’t just bread; it was a revelation. Paired with their butter, it was an indulgence that bordered on sinful, a moment so good you’d consider coming back just for that. The chickpea fritter was an unexpected delight, golden and crisp with a lightness that belied its humble ingredients. This is what good food does—it surprises you, pulls you in, and leaves you craving more. For mains, we went with the sea bass and duck confit, both executed with precision and care. The sea bass was delicate and flaky, a testament to the skill of the kitchen. The duck confit? Rich, unctuous, and unapologetically decadent—the kind of dish that makes you want to lean back in your chair, sip your drink, and reflect on how damn good life can be when you’re sitting in the right place, eating the right food.    Our first time and what a great experience! I had the duck and my husband the short rib. Best ever ! The service was so polite and friendly. And the ambiance and its location was wonderful! 5 ⭐️ I do highly recommend

   The halibut needed more flavor, a few of the items were basic and bland. Need more acidity the bread was fabulous The rabbit pasta was too salty

   Rue Saint-Marc is by far the best dining experience in Jacksonville. From service to the food, the entire experience is exceptional. Staff is knowledgeable about the courses and wines. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rue.

    Excellent food, a little pricey for the Rue Experience but worth it to taste so many dishes. The scallop appetizer was amazing!
