   Although we wanted brunch we didn’t realize it was a buffet. So for buffet it was fine. But many things were over cooked/dry lacked flavor bc they’re cooking for the masses. We will comeback to eat off the menu

   We recently dined at the Rusty Scupper and unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. Once our entrees arrived, the two waitstaff who had introduced themselves as Ernesto and Tomas, never checked in to see if the food was satisfactory or to offer refills for our clearly empty drinks. What made the experience even more frustrating was noticing that adjacent tables, which were seated after us, received far more attentive service. Despite being at Table 57, located right next to the kitchen, where the waitstaff passed by us multiple times, they never stopped to check on us. We understand that restaurants can get busy, but this level of neglect is unacceptable. Basic attentiveness is essential to a good dining experience, and we hope management addresses these issues to ensure better service for all guests in the future.

   From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted by The friendliest, receptionist or manager then you are led to your table. The wait time to place your order is almost immediately. The ambience, the food the dining experience is by far the best. A big thank you to the whole staff for making our dining experience, one of the best experiences.

   One of the better dining experiences I’ve had in Baltimore. Grilled octopus appetizer is a must and Chilean Sea Bass was phenomenal. Serving portions are large so sadly we didn’t have room for dessert. Good option for a special occasion.

   Food was terrible They got our order wrong and it tasted awful. Too many servers and no one knew if we had the correct order or not. Which we did not!!! Don’t go, save yourselves

   Food was delicious. Music was great. Our server who was Columbia was fantastic. Very attentive. Had a wonderful time because of her.

   I didn’t like the fact that they don’t offer salmon or chicken options with salad. They don’t offer baked oysters on the menu… nor do they have New England clam chowder. It was such a turn off.

   Everything was wonderful. The food, the service, and the view of the inner harbor. Parking was $10 with a validated ticket. Overall good find.
