Was quite surprised. A total difference from when I last visited a Ruth Chris restaurant, maybe 15 - 20 years ago. Wow, how times have changed. Ruth Chris, Fairview Rd, Charlotte NC. I give a 99.0. We'll done performance..

As always the food could not have been better. We usually eat here during Queens Fest in January and July. This year the kitchen was very slow but that won’t stop us from taking advantage of this opportunity- it’s a very good deal.

The food was excellent. Our server, Vanita, was amazing. The ambience was great. The only issue we had was that they prepared our cheesecake dessert to go, but failed to include the fresh fruit with it.

The food was amazing and our server was great..It was the host that rubbed me the wrong way.When my husband and I entered the building. There were about four or five people in front of us. Once we checked in with the hostess , we were told it would be a few minutes . we were fine with that. As we waited to be seated, we were approached by a host and informed that we would need to freshen up before we could be seated . We were totally confused. The host then proceeded to tell us that we smelled like marijuana..”We were appalled and embarrassed to say the least”. I did let him know that neither me nor my husband smoked marijuana. he told my husband and I that he was going to speak with someone and when he returned he stated that maybe it was the party in front of us he wasn’t sure and proceeded to apologize. I feel as if we were profiled and will not return to this restaurant for this reason alone

We came down for Queens Feast and we always look at the menus to figure out a better deal . So this menu had a 16oz New York Steio for +10 more which was fine C however when we got there I asked out sever and he showed manager and said sorry . They had a 12 oz at the location but advertised 16oz . The food was great but I think they should have made it right .

Went during restaurant week. Food was delicious. Steak made to order. Mashed potatoes were enough for 2. Fresh Caesars salad. Upgraded to a piece of carrot cake to round out the meal

I took my mom to celebrate her 70th birthday and we had the best time. The food was amazing from the bread all the way to the dessert. We really enjoyed our New York Strips and they gave her a special slice of cake for her birthday. We really had a great time. The service was fabulous and I loved the ambiance of the restaurant.

I had reservations but had to wait for my table to be cleaned. Waited about 10 to 15 minutes. No complaints from me or my guests

It was restaurant week, and they weren't even that busy, but service was slow and inattentive for the most part. Most of our means were good but some were not. We did not order off the set menu either. Just a little disappointing for Ruth's prices. Servers seemed unpolished and we did have to wait an extra 15-20min for our table even though we did have a reservation.
