Was offered a “free dessert” for a serving error but later found it was limited to the tiny cupcake sized desserts served for birthdays and such. Initial excitement and appreciation was tarnished. Otherwise good meal.

The food was good. Our waiter was very good. The general manager was incredibly rude trying to get us to leave so he could seat a larger party. The GM’s table side manner was unbelievably ignorant to us. His apology only stopped long enough to change feet in his mouth. Handing me his business card at the end asking me to contact him to see how he can make it up to our party was a terrible close. They probably lost some customers today. Not what I expected out of our Christmas dinner.

Server was initially overwhelmed due to restaurant opening at 3 with a flood of reservations at that time. It got better as things evened out. The food however was excellent.

The food has always was excellent hot at the table. Staff is always responsive to all your needs. They’re there when you need them not hovering, which is nice too. It’s just my favorite place to go. Take guests there tonight as other nights and they’re never disappointed.

Anthony took forever to serve drinks then spilled one all over the table. Ordered wine with dinner which came after dinner. Then steak medium rare was raw. Worst was he charged extra for shoestring fries he missed on the order. He then charged 20% mandatory tip. Even the valet knew when I said service was not good. He asked was it Anthony? Sorry for your trouble

Food excellent. Server was very nice but had too many tables. Too noisy. In the future, I will ask to be seated away from the bar at a real table and have a RealReal waiter. Not the bartender wait on me. For this cost of a meal and a special occasion I really didn’t want to listen to the bar noise.
