   Always a pleasure. One of my favorite places to eat. Pro tip- you will be too full for dessert so get a piece of carrot cake to take home. The portions on it are gigantic.

   The food was delicious. Husbands steak was a little over done but eat it anyways. Still was very good. Waiters were fast and friendly!

   One of my favorite places to eat. Not only is the food amazing, but the service and atmosphere is top shelf. I cannot recommend this place enough.

   Have been to this restaurant twice now. The first time we enjoyed the experience. Excellent server, good food (although my steak was undercooked), nice table. Second time was disappointing. Food was good, but service was not good. Refills were very slow to come and the table we got was not in a spot we appreciated (first one away the entrance). For the price, we expected better.

   We had the Tomahawks and Ribeye with loaded potato and loaded hashbrowns everything was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. Our reservation was early for dinner so it was mostly quiet as more people filled the room the nose levels stayed at a comfortable level. We had an amazing experience and plan to go again soon

   Ruth’s Chris is a great restaurant. But, our food was delivered to a different table & after 55-mins, our server informed us of the error. When our food finally came out, they delivered to another table again. After a few minutes they realized the mistake & brought it to our table. My wife’s stake was under-cooked so back to the kitchen. Our sweet potato casserole was cold but I did not complain. The manager graciously offered us a free desert. Coffee followed dinner & it was cold. Our server was fantastic but the overall experience was not. We could have complained to the manager but did not want to appear to be whining & cheap customers. Ruth’s Chris is still much better than Prime & Providence.

   First off, I’ll start with saying I do realize it was Valentine’s and obviously everyone was very busy. When we entered, we were a few minutes early, and stood in the lobby with many other couples. Several people asked about looking for a spot at the bar, but when we did, it was full. At some point, someone who had been there before said there was another bar upstairs, which was totally open. It would have been nice if the staff at the front desk could have let us know, since we had all asked about bar seating while we waited. Not a huge deal. Once we were seated, our waitress came and took our drink and app order and said she’d be back with bread. She brought our drinks pretty quickly and repeated that the bread would be out soon and so would our app. And she stopped by again and said that. About 45 minutes later, we got bread and she said there was a mix up in the kitchen so our app would be out soon. An hour after we were seated, we got our Lobster Voodoo. Then, at our ridiculously tiny table, they also brought our entrees within a couple of minutes, so we had bread, an app, entrees, a side dish, and drinks. I had to put my bread plate in my lap. Additionally, both of our entree plates had very dirty and greasy thumb prints covering the edges. I’m sure it was from the chef moving the plate, but horrible presentation for a $300 meal, and it could have been easily cleaned up before it was brought to the customers. The food was good, and I do know it was the busiest night of the year, but these were just careless things that made my birthday dinner less than I had hoped for.

   Was able to make a last minute reservation here on Valentine’s night. Opentable makes reservation so convenient. Made the reservation, drove five minutes to get there, and were seated in ten minutes. The place was very busy. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Food was on par with a five star restaurant. I have eaten at a Ruth’s Chris in St. Louis and was not as impressed as I was with this location. Definitely worth a visit.
