A beautiful cozy restaurant with delicious food. The warm cheese appetizer is addictive, Wellington burger is delicious and they make the best pomme frittes ever. Definitely worth a trip

An exquisite gastronomic experience, we loved the place, the service and the incredible quality of the food. Don't forget to try the escargot, the cheese starter, the fish and the meat, what can I say? It's been a long time since I've been to such an incredible place with its pear cocktails and of course the pear dessert with ginger ice cream was an explosion of flavour. Everything was French, it reminded me of my beautiful Paris... we'll be back soon.

Took a client-friend for a fun Friday dinner. We were craving steaks and Sablee is always our go-to - but this time they added a new peppercorn sauce option for the filet mignon and it was to die for!! Wanted to take the extra sauce home with me. They also had a few new items on the menu including lamb and duck, can’t wait to try! Best restaurant in San Juan!
