   The food and setting here are fabulous, sadly the serice doesnt match up. Had to asked 3 times for water for the table and twice for extra napkis, the only time anyone came to table after food served was to tell us we had to vacate the table in 15 mins. Staff have a lackluster attituded. The other issue is the tables are way to small, 4 of us, and as menu is small plates there was no room on the table for food and drinks had to have an extra prop at side of us and we ended up havng to put empty plates on the floor.

   Had a lovely evening, cocktails were tasty, staff were friendly. Emily served us and she was lovely, explained the menu and gave great recommendations and overall made the experience more enjoyable.

   What a pleasant surprise this restaurant was. Beautiful decor and the added extra of being decked in Christmas baubles... Small tapas style plates of food were delicious Waiting staff attentive, but not overbearing

   We arrived a little late and was warmly greeted by Ruby who was very smiley and friendly! She showed us to the sacred garden which is absolutely stunning! Calum served us all night and was super friendly helpful and fun! The food was to die for and the sorbet cocktail was unreal! So good we have already booked to go back! Highly recommend!    Just booked for cocktails. Lovely surroundings but staff constantly asking if we wanted anything else and trying to “sell” us more cocktails, food etc. we just wanted to have our drinks and chat together but the constant asking was too much. Must’ve had to say about 6 times that we were ok and we’d let them know when we wanted another. Also having been downstairs, disappointed that the nice cocktails magazine menus not given out upstairs and cocktails didn’t seem as nice. More style over substance.

   I expressed my dissatisfaction to two of the servers. They did not appear to be one bit bothered!….in fact, almost all the servers appeared the same?? The service is BEYOND SLOW!!…and value for money NON EXISTENT!! the size of the “cocktail” was extremely small (costing £12) , was a complete joke. And for the staff to say there was 2 shots of vodka in the “thimble sized” glass, was totally unbelievable (it was like drinking summer fruits unfortunately, the service, staff, cost and size of the cocktail, would not entice me back!

   We came for the cocktails the staff in the bar downstairs were brilliant while we waited for our table on the rooftop. The staff up stairs were also very nice to us and very helpful The cocktails were fabulous in both bars with a different menu in each so it felt like two very different experiences but it was a brilliant night out

    Staff were lovely and very attentive, beautiful setting, a bit pricey but so is everywhere. Thoroughly enjoyed it x
