   Service was poor. Food wasn’t good. Then was told the item we sent back would be taken off only to have a “dissatisfied customer discount” of 1/4 of the price of the appetizer. Asked for manager, never came. Then after I had to go find the manager myself down the stairs because the bartender noticed I was upset the manager then argued with me about how much we ate of the appetizer and that I should have complained earlier when I clearly tried and no one was around to listen. Was very rude and petty. First experience in this town and definitely not off to a great start.

   This just might be my new favorite place! My ribeye and the toffee rum bread pudding were divine. The staff is pleasant and professional.The views are incredible. What a terrific night

   Excellent service and our meals were outstanding! This was our first visit and we will be back in the future. Recommend making a reservation in advance as we do every time we visit anywhere. Open Table is our first choice for making reservations, and we have always been able to book our first choice for dinner reservations. Thank you to everyone on the team at Sainte-George!!!!

   We are locals and have been here before. Had a reservation for bar. They have 2 tables in bar. We arrived on time and a couple was sat at table that walked in without reservation. Hostess explained situation and asked them to sit at bar. The OWNER then tells them it’s okay to stay. Second Hostess says to us you can wait at bar downstairs..or maybe table outside on balcony with no heater. This went on for about 10 minutes finally I saw a couple get up and asked how about you that! When you make a reservation it should be kept! Food took a long time and came out cold. Not the best experience unfortunately. I would not recommend on a busy Saturday if you’re hungry. I’d say make a reservation,but doesn’t seem to matter.

   Jamie was our server and his delivery and attention to detail was outstanding! Pleasant demeanor and engaging personality! Appetizers were on point and our entrees of Tomahawk Ribeye and Short Ribs were prepared to perfection! Paired nicely with a Louis Martin Cabernet! Thank you a for great dining experience!

   Absolutely excellent food preparation and presentation. Unfortunately, we were seated at a table in the bar area. An older couple at the bar obviously had had too much to drink. Another couple even commented on that to us when they walked by. Bartender and server Ashley A. continued to serve them wine well after they had had enough and started bickering. Ashley went over and over again with them how she would call them an Uber and get directions for them to access their AirBnB reservation. If you can’t even find your sleeping accommodations, QUIT DRINKING! PS I was drinking water, so don’t blame it on me. Thank you and good luck, new owners. Looks like a winning concept.

    Shoutout to Ashley who took great care of us. Helped us move to better table to get out of the cold. She was super friendly and made our dining experience a pleasant one. We enjoyed the food very much.
