   Wonderful ambiance with balcony overlooking the river and Fort. Service was great. Ordered the pork chop, and it was a bit chewy.

   We have always loved this restaurant however, this time our service was not so great. The server was very awkward and not informative. He seem to be doing double duty with bartending and trying to wait tables Make sure if you order the steak you choose what sauce you want on it otherwise the server may choose for you.  He seem to be doing double duty with bartending and trying to wait tables

   Would definitely call this place a hidden gem! We’ve walked past it many times and had never even thought to go inside! Well, yesterday my husband and I decided to go inside for brunch and we were pleasantly surprised! Beautiful decor, comfy seats, well mannered staff and amazing food! We chose to sit inside because of the heat but the restaurant also boasts an amazing view of the fort from their outside upper deck. We will be back!!

   Under new ownership. Food very disappointing. Noodle salad with Ahi tuna very bland, had to request additional dressing which really didn’t help. Snapper cooked with salt and pepper over a bed of overcooked rice. Beautiful piece of fish however needed a sauce. A few sprinkles of mango and pineapple salsa wasn’t enough. Prices are high.

   I arrived before my friend. We were originally assigned a table in their beautiful dining room, but then offered an outdoor table overlooking the fort and the harbor, which I hopped on as it was a low humidity evening for FL. The table and view were great. The service was impeccable- we were waited on promptly and politely and food and drinks were quick to arrive. My friend and I shared the fried green tomato caprese app and the shrimp pasta dinner as our meal. The food was great. I was nervous when I saw that the pasta dish contained chorizo, which I don’t usually enjoy. The chorizo was ground and it was a great addition to the dish. My friend doesn’t usually like bucatini, preferring a thinner noodle, but she also loved it. While there we saw the sky turn from a beautiful blue, to an ominous looking cloud, to a full out thunderstorm. It was beautiful to watch, and when the rain got severe (after we had finished dinner and paid our check), we were accommodated at the bar inside to ride out the storm. Side note, the TVs at the bar had CC footage of the local area so we were able to partake in storm watch as well as people watching. My friend and I had a delightful night at Sainte George. I highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to go back!

    A lovely escape from a busy tourist street with a perfect view of St. Augustine’s treasured landmarks: the Castillo, the City Gates, as well as the iconic lighthouse in the distance. Service was spot-on, and food exquisite. Ahhhh
